Honey harvested in spring,  Elange, Lorraine

Honey Made in France - Thionville, Moselle, Grand - Est

Discover the Honey of France from the brand Honapi elaborated by the Vigneron's bee farm. It's a famile of beekeepers producing honey from Moselle and Lorraine. It's  harvested in Lorraine by the beekeeper and potted at the apiary. We are local beekeepers operating in Luxembourg and North-East of France.
Sweet and fragrant, Honapi honey from France is produced in an artisanal way and packaged in a glass jar for better conservation of the honey. The Vigneron's Family works in compliance with standards while preserving the well-being of bees. During the summer season, we take  only the surplus of honey present in the supers. The hive body is preserved for wintering.

Extraction

The extraction is done cold without pasteurization or filter from capped frames to keep its humidity level. The honey is pure, guaranteed unpasteurized and unheated
Ingredient: 100% honey
Use:  sandwiches, pastries, herbal tea or coffee.

Crystallization

It has indeed been made from all varieties of flowers from Moselle, France, in the village of Thionville Elange. The apiary is installed on a farm in this small village to ensure the well-being of our bees.

Honey is a natural product whose texture can change over time. This natural phenomenon called crystallization in no way alters the quality of the honey. The honey is extracted from the honeycomb cells and has not undergone any post-harvest treatment. This is why it can start to form small crystals after a while.

The duration before this crystallization begins depends essentially on the nectars that compose it as well as on the storage temperatures.

The appearance of crystals is a natural phenomenon and does not alter its quality or its taste. It can be made liquid by slightly heating the jar in a water bath at less than 40°C.
